Awareness, prevention, cardiovascular risk assessment, basic health screening, healthy lifestyle promotion, early identification of heart disease risk factors and warning signs, free health advice, referral support, tobacco prevention, and community engagement.

Project Goal:
To contribute to the prevention and reduction of cardiovascular diseases in Bangladesh through heart health awareness, healthy lifestyle promotion, early identification of cardiovascular risk factors, basic screening, free health guidance, community participation, and timely healthcare referral.
Ultimately, the project aims to reduce the burden and number of cardiovascular disease patients in Bangladesh, prevent avoidable complications and deaths, reduce treatment-related financial burdens, and contribute to building a healthier, heart-conscious, and prevention-focused nation a Healthy Heart Nation.
Community Heart Health Awareness
Conduct community-based awareness programs on heart disease, hypertension, cardiovascular risk factors, symptoms, warning signs, prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Seminars & Health Talks
Organize seminars, health talks, discussion sessions, and public awareness events with cardiologists, doctors, public health professionals, nutritionists, and other relevant experts.
Healthy Lifestyle Campaigns
Promote healthy eating, regular physical activity, weight management, stress management, adequate sleep, and other heart-healthy behaviours.
Free Health Advice & Guidance
Provide free health guidance on heart health, risk factors, symptoms, lifestyle modification, prevention, and when to seek professional medical care.
Workplace & Factory Programs
Engage offices, corporate organizations, factories, construction sites, and industrial areas through heart health awareness, screening support, healthy lifestyle campaigns, and workplace wellness activities.
Low-Income & Vulnerable Community Outreach
Conduct targeted heart health awareness, basic screening support, health guidance, and referral activities in slums, low-income communities, and underserved areas.
Leaflet & Educational Material Distribution
Prepare and distribute leaflets, brochures, posters, banners, stickers, educational cards, and other simple and practical heart health materials.
Community Physical Activity Promotion
Encourage walking, exercise, recreational physical activity, and active lifestyles through community-based awareness and engagement activities.
Heart Health Screening & Risk Assessment
